Sisanda Natalie Khoza is a qualified and HPCSA-registered Industrial Psychologist with nearly six years of diverse experience across the public and private sectors. She specializes in workplace mental health interventions, organisational development, talent management, psychometric assessments, and change management. Sisanda’s work is deeply rooted in creating tailored solutions that enhance employee wellbeing, drive people development, and support sustainable organisational growth.
Her experience spans consulting with industries such as media, entertainment, finance, aviation, and law, where she has led or contributed to strategic HR interventions, organisational change initiatives, employee engagement, and policy development. She is skilled in developing competency frameworks, job profiles, conducting workplace counselling, and managing assessment centres. Sisanda has introduced and managed the medico-legal services portfolio in her previous roles and she has worked on various recruitment and organizational wellness initiatives.
She holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Psychology from the University of KwaZulu-Natal and
completed her psychology training at the Military Psychological Institute, where she gained rigorous training in psychological interventions and organisational diagnostics. Passionate about empowering people, she has also contributed to community upliftment through mentoring, academic tutoring, and volunteer work in areas of abuse intervention and youth development.
